A beautiful second-time match! "Good Afternoon, Brightside! We went to Brightside last Thursday very hopeful that we were going to be adopting Rosie. Unfortunately, after some time visiting with her, it was determined that it just wasn't the right fit for her or us at the present time. We were very sad and started to feel like we weren't going to find the right match. Luckily for us, the day prior Kahlua was surrendered to the shelter. The wonderful staff at Brightside recognized that she was an extraordinary dog in just the short amount of time they got to spend with her and suggested that we meet her. Immediately we saw that she was very special and we took her home that day. Her transition into our home has so far been seamless. It is as if she has been with us all along. We feel the bond between us forming very quickly and we are amazed by how perfect she is for us. I just wanted to give a quick update that everything is going well and we are all very happy.
