A post adoption check in We come to care about our animals and so, when we have the people to do so, check in with recent adopters and adoptees to see how the new relationships are going. We stand ready to hear anything (and we do!)…and cheer when the fit is easy, like with Brutus: "Hi Brightside, thanks for checking in, We adore Brutus. Apart from him being really nervous in the car on the way home he seems to have settled in very well and gets on great with Bob our 17 year old Cattle Dog. So far there have been no potty accidents in the house. He is a very affectionate dog, likes to cuddle up on the couch and loves to sleep on our bed. We had a houseful of people for dinner last night and he was extremely social and well behaved. He's more than we could have ever hoped for. Thanks for taking him in and offering him for adoption and making our experience at at Brightside a very special one. Here are Bob and Brutus bonding."
