I was rescued several months ago from a suspected puppy mill situation where I was living in horrible conditions and did not get to experience happy and positive things. I came here with lots of other dogs, and I’m the last one that really needs to find my forever home.
I’ll admit I was pretty scared when I first arrived here…I had a scary past and I know it showed. But I tell you what, I am an entirely different dog nowadays! I am no longer afraid of the world around me. I love the world! I love going for walks, I love playing fetch, I love playing in the pool, I love playing with other dogs, and I am learning to love attention and affection from all these friendly people. And I am generally just a happy fella.
I can be timid in some situations still, and will take some patience and understanding from my new owner as I adjust to a home environment. But I am ready to build a loyal bond and live an adventurous and fun life without fear!
