As a foster, you could temporarily house; kittens, puppies, adult dogs, or seniors, giving them the love and care they need to grow and thrive. You might also provide a weekend out for animals who just need a break from the shelter environment. If you have a special place in your heart for those in need of extra compassion, consider becoming a “fospice” caregiver, where you’ll offer a loving home to a sick or elderly animal for the remainder of its life.
Fostering is an incredibly rewarding experience. You’ll be giving these animals the best chance at a happy, healthy future, and in return, you’ll have made a real difference in their journey. BrightSide provides all needed supplies during your foster time, we just ask to open your heart and home.
