Special balloon deals: Clear the Shelters Aug. 17

On the fifth annual Clear the Shelters day, Aug. 17, BrightSide Animal Center will offer discounts on adoptions from 10 percent to 100 percent. That’s right, your adoption fee could be waived completely!
Adopters will choose a balloon, pop it, and inside they’ll learn whether their discount is 10 percent, 100 percent, or something in between.
Clear the Shelters is a promotion by NBC-TV, and its local affiliate in Central Oregon, KTVZ-TV, designed to drive adoptions. Last year BrightSide did 20 adoptions that day. We hope to be even busier this year!
