August was a great month for adoptions: 137 pets found new homes. That’s not counting those that were reunited with their owners — that’s why we include microchips with every adoption. We thank NBC and its local affiliate KTVZ-TV for the Clear the Shelters campaign. On that day alone (Aug. 12), nearly 40 pets were adopted!
