Photos of Brightside Animal CenterYesterday marked one year since we brought Desi (formerly Duzi) home from Brightside. In her year with us, Desi has hiked, camped, and adventured all over the West Coast; she's also served time as a student's pet in the classes I teach at UO and a camp mascot for the summer program I run. Here she is being adored by six kids at once (at camp). Desi is an indispensable and beloved member of our family. We can't thank you enough for bringing this silly, loving, wonderful beast into our lives!
