Although not at BrightSide, we want to get the word out for Patches, who is in foster and needs a great home! Patches is a fun, sweet, older gentlemen looking for someone to indulge him. He was brought into a Portland area shelter with major skin and ear infections. He has been rehabilitated and is being fostered in Bend, OR. Patches doesn't hear very well, but he seems to do just fine with his disability, and is vigilant in watching what is going on around him. His greatest pleasures are going for walks and getting scratched. He takes such delight in these activities that I don’t think he got to experience these things much in his previous life. Patches is a sweet, quirky guy with some Velcro-dog tendencies without being over the top, and deserves a chance at unconditional love.
