James, formerly, Smith is living the great life! "Hi Brightside,My husband and I adopted our border collie from Brightside in August and we were just thinking of all of you there. We really feel like we hit the jackpot with James, and we so appreciate all your help in making this happen for us. I keep remembering your words, "this is a GREAT dog," and he really is. Here are some recent pictures, the middle three are of our favorite spot, Elk Island. It's only a 10 minute drive, so we go there every week! James loves navigating the mossy rocks and wooded trails, and taking a swim in the Wilamette river. At home, he enjoys helping me with chores and standing guard on the front porch.
