Thanks Hayneedle for the Donation! One of our employees ordered two heating pads for her dogs' houses from www.hayneedle.com over the holidays. A shipping glitch happened and only one arrived. Hayneedle quickly sent out another and then the lost one arrived just days after the replacement. When she contacted the company to find out how to return the extra one, Hayneedle was kind enough to say "you can keep it, but we prefer that you donate it somewhere". Our employee explained that she works for an animal shelter and said that's where the warmer would go. The veterinary staff at BrightSide was pretty excited to receive this $70 warmer. Hayneedle has wonderful home, farm, garden, and a large offering of pet supplies including horse tack! We love companies like Hayneedle.
