Trevor: Last Dog out of Brightside's "Hotel California" Yesterday Trevor, the last of the California Wings of Rescue dogs, went home. "Last but not least" sure fits this boy. While initially getting a reputation for being snarky with other dogs, which along with a lousy first video, hampered his adoption….no one gave up. Volunteer dog walkers and trainers worked with Mr. T and started sending in reports to the adoption crew…."Trevor knows Tricks!", "Trevor walked with Junior just fine!", "I told Trevor to knock it off and Trevor knocked it off immediately!"….."Trevor can dance — here's a video!" So up went a new Trevor video, showing the dog we were now seeing, and out went Trevor with his wonderful and happy family. Time, work, commitment — and a wonderful dog adopting community — can heal ills for a lot of dogs. Thank you.
