Victor going home! Little Victor found his soul mates yesterday. One of the California Wings of Rescue dogs, Victor came with a lame leg and was pretty scared. During surgery, for unknown reasons, this little boy's heart stopped for a moment…but doc quickly acted and all was well. Jim and Kate fostered Victor, brought him out of his shell to show the loving, happy boy he really is and met up with a Bend couple who fell in love with and adopted Victor. Sweet dog, sweet people — sweet match!
