BrightSide Animal Center is organizing a Homeless Dog Coat Drive through February 15, 2016. Ruffwear Performance Dog Gear of Bend kicked off the coat drive with a donation of 26 dog coats and jackets of various sizes, including booties and harnesses. BrightSide is encouraging the public to donate medium to extra-large sized dog jackets to BrightSide Animal Center for distribution to outside dogs who desperately need a warm coat.
Dog coat donations are accepted at the BrightSide Animal Center shelter, 1355 NE Hemlock Avenue in Redmond, Tuesday – Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
